SHIPPING

Shipping times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We typically ship within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles location. Most domestic packages are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and you'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your package ships.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • West Coast: 2-4 business days
  • Midwest: 3-5 business days
  • East Coast: 4-7 business days

Eco-Friendly Shipping: We ship using existing postal routes to reduce our carbon footprint. While this may take slightly longer than express shipping, it's better for the environment than driving to a store or using rush delivery services.

International Shipping

International packages ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx International. Delivery times vary by destination but typically take 7-14 business days, depending on your country's customs procedures and location.

Shipping Costs

Domestic (USA):

  • FREE SHIPPING on all Arctic Fox Hair Color orders
  • Standard shipping rates apply to other products

International:

  • Shipping charges vary based on destination country and package weight
  • Calculated at checkout

 

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duty taxes, or import charges imposed by your country. These fees vary by location and are determined by your local customs authority. Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties. We cannot control, estimate, or prepay these charges.

 

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
  • You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed
  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships
  • Your credit card is charged when your order is packaged and ready to ship

 

Issues with Your Package

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at coralblueisa@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. Coral Blue ISA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Returned Packages Due to Incorrect Address:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we will cancel the order and refund 80% of the order total to cover return shipping costs
  • The 20% deduction covers our costs for the returned parcel

Unclaimed or Refused Packages:

  • Packages that are refused or not claimed at the post office are not eligible for refund
  • Please pick up packages promptly when a delivery notice is left

Undeliverable Packages:

  • If a package is returned as "undeliverable," we will contact you to confirm the shipping address
  • We will resend the package once to a corrected or alternative address at no additional charge
  • If the package is returned as undeliverable a second time, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend, or we will refund the product price minus original shipping fees

 


RETURNS

At Coral Blue ISA, we're committed to ensuring you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unopened, unused, and resellable items within our return window.

 

Return Window

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at coralblueisa@gmail.com to initiate your return
  2. We'll provide you with return authorization and instructions
  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation email inside the package
  5. Ship the return to the address below

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

Refund Details:

  • We refund the value of the returned items and any applicable taxes
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you prefer.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at coralblueisa@gmail.com. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the issue

We'll gladly send you a replacement at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the damaged item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products not in their original packaging
  • Products that show signs of use or wear

 

Retail & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased our products from a retail store or another online retailer (not coralblueisa.com), please return or exchange the item directly with the place of purchase. Our return policy applies only to orders placed through coralblueisa@gmail.com.

 

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? Please email coralblueisa@gmail.com immediately.

  • Before shipping: We'll cancel your order and issue a full refund
  • After shipping: Please follow our standard return process once you receive the package
