Shipping times

Domestic shipping

We usually ship within 1 business day out of our Los Angeles location. We ship domestic packages 99% through USPS and UPS or FedEx and you will receive an email notification with your tracking information when your package ships. Packages within the US generally arrive in around 2-7 business days, depending on the distance from our Los Angeles location.

For a reduced carbon footprint, We are shipped using existing postal routes. It may take a little longer, but on average this will have a smaller carbon footprint than driving to the store to pick up or Prime rush shipping.

International shipping

International packages ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx International. Most international orders will generally take 5-12 business days to arrive; however, this can vary depending on your country's customs procedures.

Customs / Duty

International orders may or may not incur Customs Fees/Duty Taxes. These fees vary by country, and as we can not control or estimate these fees, they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

All orders will be sent via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please allow 2-3 days for processing order and packaging. The credit card is charged once the order has been packaged and ready to ship.

All Domestic are free shipping charge for Arctic Fox Hair Colors.

International shipping charges will vary based on the destination country.

 

Issues with your package?

Unclaimed / Refused Parcels / Wrong Addresses

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping address. coralblueisa.com is not responsible for lost or misdirected orders due to incorrect addresses provided by customers, or refused/unclaimed parcels.

Should a parcel return to Coral Blue ISA due to an inaccurate shipping address (provided by customer), Coral Blue ISA will cancel the order and refund 80% of the order total to compensate for the return parcel. Unclaimed parcels are not refundable if customers do not accept the parcels or pick up the parcels at their local post office when a notice is left for pick up. We will not issue any refund for unclaimed parcels.

If a parcel is returned as "undeliverable status," then we will confirm the shipping address with recipient, and resend once.  We suggest providing an alternative address if USPS, UPS or FedEx (or other carrier) is having issues delivering to recipient address. Should package be returned again as "undeliverable status," then additional shipping charges will be incurred to resend, or we will refund the price of the product, minus shipping fees.

 

Return

At Coral Blue ISA, we’re committed to ensuring you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes things change, and while we’d love to help however we can, we are only able to accept unopened, unused, and resellable items for return.

 

Return Window

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

How to Start a Return

To begin your return or exchange, please contact us at coralblueisa@gmail.com. Once your request is received, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

Please include a printed copy of your order confirmation email inside your return package.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to inspect and process it. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

  • We refund the value of the returned items and any applicable taxes.

  • Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll gladly send you a replacement at no cost and arrange return of the damaged item if needed.

 

Retail & Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased our products from a retail location or another online store, please return or exchange the item directly with the place of purchase. Our return policy applies only to orders placed through coralblueisa.com.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email coralblueisa@gmail.com immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.
