AF Color Spotlight | Neon Moon
Summer’s in full swing now, Fox Fam, and what better color for bright, warm days than Neon Moon? Today we will be featuring this vivid shade that glows in UV light! Whether you wear it alone, pair it with other UV reactive colors, or mix it to create an all-new shade, we have some of our best tips and tricks for getting the most out of this versatile shade.
All these mixes will help preserve the UV reactivity of the color, but if keeping that UV glow isn’t your priority, you have a ton of other options too! You can experiment with different shades of neon orange by adding some Sunset Orange or even Poison into your Neon Moon. Or, for a pastel rose gold, use a base of Arctic Mist diluter and add a few drops each of Neon Moon and Virgin Pink.
Having trouble with this shade? Neon Moon will turn out best on a clean, light blonde base, so getting your hair as light as you can before applying the color will always give you the most accurate and vibrant results. Plus, the lighter your base color the brighter the UV reactivity will glow! If your glow seems to be fading, touch up the color since the glow is directly related to the brightness of the color!
